Tuna Salad

It's been very hot and humid all week and honestly, turning on the oven (even just the stovetop) can make the house feel unbearably hot! Lately all my husband and I want to eat are cold foods. That's why this tuna salad is so great. You can make a sandwich with it, or just eat it with crackers! It's very quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 3 (5 oz) cans of tuna (or more, depending on how much tuna you like)

  • Small yellow onion, finely diced

  • 3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Drain the tuna, then combine in a bowl with the other ingredients. If you wish to add any extra spices or ingredients, now is the time to do so. Stir well, then leave tuna salad to chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy in a sandwich or with crackers.
