Mini Sled Ornament

When I made this ornament for an upcoming library craft in December, I knew I had to share it here! It's just too cute! Since the sled is made from popsicle sticks, you can really get creative with it, using different colors and patterns. I colored mine a darker brown because I was going for a more antique look.

Materials:

• 4 popsicle sticks

• Markers

• Hot glue + glue gun

• String

• Scissors

Instructions:

Cut two of the popsicle sticks in half.

Color and/or design your popsicle sticks in whatever way you want. Once all popsicle sticks have been colored, glue three stick halves together.

Glue the full size popsicle sticks to the bottom of the cluster you just glued together.

Cut the last half a little smaller, and glue to the front.

Cut a piece of string and carefully glue it to the underneath side of the sled to finish.
