Flower Pot Coasters

In the midst of summer when it's as hot as it is now (sometimes hotter!), I try not to work on large crochet projects. This is mostly because I end up with the project in my lap and quickly overheat. So it's understandable I was looking for a quick crochet project to work up last weekend. This flower pot coaster set looked so cute, I decided I had to make it! The beauty of this pattern, like many other crochet patterns, is that you can switch up the colors for a unique look! The flower pot holds up to four coasters, and when the coasters aren't being used, this set doubles as a small touch of home decor for a counter or tabletop.

Materials:

  • 5 mm crochet hook

  • 100% cotton yarn (acrylic will melt)

-You will need white, green, pink, and yellow to make the coasters and pot

  • Scissors
